At Chris King Precision Components, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your high-performance components are not a perfect fit, we offer a straightforward return process within 45 days of purchase.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our Portland facility.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the components are in new, uninstalled condition and packed securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
